| When we show up at your home or facility we want you the customer to feel you have the best service technicians and helpers working for you. All of our employees are background checked, drug tested and have a good driving record. These are systems that in our selection process to find the best candidates.
You will notice that when Fletcher’s Plumbing & Contracting, Inc shows up, our employees are wearing a current pictured badge with their uniform stating they are from our company. We require our service technicians take before and after pictures of all work performed and have found this results in better quality work consistently and more accountability.
